About Meghan
Meghan is an experienced physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary and a Master of Physical Therapy from UBC. She works with people of all sexes and genders, helping clients with concerns such as bladder and bowel incontinence, prolapse, abdominal muscle separation, and pelvic pain. Through her work at BC Women’s Hospital, Meghan is very experienced in supporting pregnant and postpartum clients with pregnancy-related pain, preparation for delivery, and post-partum recovery. In addition to her clinical practice, Meghan enjoys teaching and serves as a Clinical Instructor in the UBC Master of Physical Therapy program. Meghan is passionate about providing a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where clients can learn to manage and treat their conditions through evidence-based care. Her treatments may include exercise, manual therapy, education, and individualized strategies designed to promote confidence, comfort, and lasting pelvic health.
