Your first pelvic health appointment at Envision includes a thorough history and assessment. Internal examination may be part of the assessment — but only with your explicit consent, and you are in control of every step. We take time to explain everything and never rush.
Treatment is always personalized. It may include manual therapy, targeted exercises, biofeedback, electrical stimulation, and education. We also coordinate with our clinical Pilates and kinesiology teams when appropriate, particularly for postnatal recovery and core rehabilitation.
