Junior National Karate Championship & Training Camp

Karate KidsTwo Envision physios, Harry Toor and Tony Gui, worked at the National Junior Karate Championships and Training Camp in March, 2012.

Thanks to Karate Canada, Cathy Waterworth, Olivier Pineau, Sandeep Gill (of North Burnaby Karate) and Nicole Poirer (of Top Karate).

The athletes ranged from 13-18 years, from all over Canada. Training involved techniques, footwork,agility, sparring and sports nutrition.
